Your purchase is very important to me, and I hope you are pleased with the work. If not, I will be happy to refund the purchase price. Your only risk is the shipping costs. If you are not happy with your purchase, please e-mail me within 7 days of receipt. Return the piece within 14 days, in the same box. Please insure the piece when you return ship.
PURCHASING:
I accept PayPal payments only. Simply click on the ”Buy This” button next to the piece you wish to purchase, and PayPal will step you through the process. Make sure your shipping address and info is correct, and please add your e-mail address and/or daytime telephone. Should I have a problem with shipping you purchase, I will need a way to contact you. Once I see that your payment has been processed with PayPal, I will ship the piece within 7 to 10 days. In most cases, the work will be shipped UPS Ground.
INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES:
Prices are shown in US$. For international purchases you will pay in your currency. To calculate the conversion from US$ to your currency go to www.xe.com. PayPal will accept most international currencies, and will process payments as such. Please visit PayPal.com if you have any questions or concerns, and for accepted currencies.
SHIPPING:
Although most of the pieces I have on my website, are framed and matted, I will only ship the matted piece, unframed. Shipping cost will most likely be as much as framing costs, and you most likely will want to frame the work to your own tastes. Plus, the risks and costs for shipping with glass are high. Originals will be shipped flat. Most prints will be shipped flat and unmatted, but the larger prints will be rolled and shipped in a tube.
